TrustED is redefining how schools approach wellbeing and safeguarding — because children who feel safe don't just learn better, they live better.
Dedicated to setting the standard for safety and wellbeing in education, TrustED partners with schools to create environments where students feel protected, supported, and ready to thrive.
We believe safety is not a "nice to have"; it is the foundation upon which meaningful learning and healthy development are built.
Children today are navigating a world of constant connectivity, rising emotional complexity, and unprecedented digital exposure.
Schools are being asked to respond to challenges that did not exist a generation ago — often without integrated systems to support them.
TrustED exists to help schools meet this moment with clarity, confidence, and care.
Great schools are no longer defined by academic excellence alone — but by how safely and confidently their students are able to learn and grow.
Intentional design is required. To help schools build environments designed for safety, dignity, and belonging — ensuring every child has the foundation needed to learn, grow, and thrive.
A future where every child is emotionally secure, digitally aware, and supported by school cultures intentionally designed for their wellbeing.

Krittika Banerjee is the Co-Founder of TrustED and leads the organisation’s wellbeing and behaviour practice across India and the Middle East. With a two-decade career spanning broadcasting, diplomatic missions, and global corporate leadership, she brings a rare combination of communication clarity, operational rigour, and emotional intelligence to school transformation.
Driven by a mission to help schools build cultures where students thrive and teachers feel supported, Krittika specialises in turning wellbeing from a broad aspiration into a simple, daily practice through Switch4Schools. She works closely with school owners, principals, and leadership teams to bring structure, alignment, and consistency to wellbeing and classroom behaviour — ensuring that emotional wellbeing is measurable, sustainable, and connected to teaching and learning.

Her focus is on helping schools create environments where every child feels a sense of belonging, every teacher feels empowered, and excellence becomes the natural outcome of a strong, emotionally intelligent school culture.
Co-Founder & CTO
Elliot Stechman is the Co-Founder of TrustED and leads the technology and strategy practice for the company. He brings deep experience from more than three decades in the broadcast and media industry, where he has built radio stations, managed large technology rollouts, and advised teams as content creation and delivery have evolved.
His work now spans education, wellbeing, and technology infrastructure. Elliot supports schools and organisations that want stronger device security, better wellbeing systems, and clear technology pathways that match the needs of modern K to 12 environments. He focuses on practical planning, efficient deployment, and solutions that reduce pressure on school teams.
Alongside his education work, Elliot advises companies involved in data centres, AI workloads, power efficient systems, and the design of modern computing environments. His background across broadcast engineering, network systems, and large scale infrastructure gives him a clear view of how technology can support both teaching and operational teams.
Based in Mumbai for more than twenty five years, Elliot works closely with partners across India and the Middle East. Leaders value his straightforward approach, strong technical judgement, and ability to connect long term vision with day to day delivery.
"TrustED was founded by Krittika Banerjee and Elliot Stechman, two parents and professionals who saw the urgent gap between how children live today and how schools are equipped to support them."
